Licensed users of PTGui can upgrade to the latest version at a reduced price. If you are not a licensed user of PTGui yet, please see the regular order page.

If you purchased your PTGui license on or after February 1st, 2010, the upgrade to PTGui 9.1.7 is available free of charge. You can download the upgrade by selecting Help - Check for Updates in PTGui, or through the download page.

If you are not elegible for a free upgrade, upgrading to the latest version costs only € 25 per license (for PTGui) or € 45 per license (for PTGui Pro), excluding taxes.

Or you can upgrade from PTGui Standard to PTGui Pro for € 79 per license, excluding taxes.

An upgrade gives you the same rights as a regular license purchase: upgrades to new versions of PTGui will be free of charge for one year after your purchase. You will receive a new registration key, which can be used to download the latest version of PTGui or PTGui Pro. The new registration key will be licensed to the same name as your current registration key.

Delivery

PTGui is distributed in electronic form only; no physical shipment is done. You will be sent a new registration key, replacing your current key, which can be used to download the latest version of the software from our website. The registration key is sent to you within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.

Depending on the chosen payment method and your country, your payment is handled either by PayPal or by ShareIt. All your personal and payment data is transmitted to secured servers only.

If you don't wish to pay by credit card, several other payment options are available, such as bank transfer. You can indicate the desired way of payment on the following order form. Please note that processing of payments other than by credit card may take up to two weeks.

Taxes

We are required to charge 21% VAT on orders from the European Union. VAT inclusive pricing is as follows (European customers only):

PTGui upgrade	€ 30.25 incl. 21% VAT
PTGui Pro upgrade	€ 54.45 incl. 21% VAT
PTGui standard to PTGui Pro upgrade	€ 95.59 incl. 21% VAT

If you have a European VAT ID, you may enter it on the order form to have the VAT deducted. The VAT ID should be valid throughout Europe. You can check your VAT ID here.

Company license upgrade

To upgrade a company license, enter any one of your registration keys. The upgrade pricing quoted above is the price per license key. For a company license a minimum of 3 license keys must be upgraded at once. A volume discount is applicable; enter the registration key above to see volume pricing.
