We've launched a new license portal, so everything related to your PTGui license can now be managed in one place! To access your account, click Login at the top right of the page.
From your account you can download PTGui (including older versions), manage activated computers, retrieve your license keys, download your invoices and purchase upgrades. Logging in can be done using either your license key or your email address.
Company license changes
For the company license, activation is made more flexible: until now the company license was issued in the form of separate license keys, one per seat. We've now added a combined license key to each existing company license. If PTGui is activated using the combined key, any one of the available seats will be used. The per-seat licenses keys will also remain functional. To see your license keys, login to your account using the email address originally used for purchasing.
Additional seats for a company license can now be purchased from your account. These additional seats will be added to your license and they can be activated using the existing combined license key.
If you've purchased multiple company licenses for your organization over the years, we've attempted to combine them into a single license, but this was possible only if the licenses were purchased from the same email address and using the same company name. If you still have separate licenses and would like to combine the seats under a single license, contact us to arrange this.
