Request registration key
If you have lost your registration key, or if you recently purchased a license but somehow
did not receive our order confirmation emails, we can lookup and send the key to you again.
There are two ways to retrieve your registration key:
By order reference:
The order reference has the form 'NH.xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx' and was issued for orders placed after 14 March 2009. If you know your order reference, enter it here to instantly retrieve your registration key:
By email address:
If you don't know the order reference, we can lookup your order by email address. Enter the email address that you originally used when purchasing your license; the registration key will be sent to you by email. If you purchased directly from us (i.e. not through our reseller ShareIt), the original invoice will be attached as well.
